Our services are meant to complement, not replace, medical care. We do not have any liability for any medical decisions made by you or others based on our services or information provided.

4. Payment and Refunds: Our fees for services are outlined in our service agreement or as communicated to you. Payment is due as agreed upon. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which may vary depending on the circumstances.

Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep any personal information you provide to us confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and other applicable laws and regulations in New Zealand. However, please note that electronic communication over the internet is not completely secure and may be subject to interception or tampering. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of any information transmitted to us through our website or by email.
