While preparing to become a mother in 2019, I became a holistic, natural and physiological birth and breastfeeding advocate.

In 2022, I started my new business, Teta Wardeh for Doula and Breastfeeding Support
with a focus on the Arab mothers and families of New Zealand, and the wider community.

I am currently based in Auckland and offer
in-person and online options.

I can support you in Arabic, English and French.
