Doula Package

This package includes:
- Phone and email support for 6 weeks postpartum
- 4 Prenatal meetings (in person and online)
- On-call from week 37
- Birth attendance and support
- 18 hours* of postpartum support, including practical help such as running errands (e.g. grocery shopping), meal preparation for the family (ingredients need to be provided), light housework, and breastfeeding support.

*Visits are broken into 3-hour increments during business hours and cannot be used for overnight care.

Payment plans are available with a 40% retainer (non-refundable) upon contract signing. The remaining 60% schedule can be agreed upon and is not to exceed 5 subsequent instalments.
